Thorsten Rothweiler has a Graduation as Bachelor Professional of Business CCI (IHK Hochrhein-Bodensee). He started his Career at Roche Germany in 2010 in the Medical Affairs department, where he was responsible for any kind of Business Intelligence including Free Text Analysis.
Furthermore, he was member of different regional and global reporting groups with a strong focus on improving the quality of Medical data & automation.
In 2022 he decided to accept a new challenge and started his Role as Head of Professional Services at Explicatos. Here he will bring in his pharmaceutical Background as well as his Expertise as experienced Project Leader to create meaningful and strategical relevant Dashboards that are built in cross-functional collaboration together with Explicatos clients.

Yanitsa founded Explicatos in 2017 with the belief that innovation in life science can be achieved by giving a chance to new and bold ideas, letting honest and hard-working people being part of the building processes and acknowledging in the same time the growing role of automatization and machine learning.Prior to her new role, Yanitsa has served as Head of Research Production in Veeva Systems, leading 10 teams and over 150 researchers and their supervisors. With over 10 years of experience in the life science industry and research, she has developed a unique management style based on high-demanding but patient, respectful and friendly approach to the team members, structured and stick way of executing tasks and implementing work processes.Yanitsa earned a Bachelor of Macroeconomics from the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) in 2005. She has a master’s degree in international marketing from the University of Vienna.

Viktor is a strategic thinking and highly motivated team leader, focused on developing new intelligent solutions for Pharma companies and their products. Until recently held a management position at Veeva Systems, with focus on team management and later on supporting the product development team with the KOL identification for their newly built subscription-based solution. Has built highly effective data research and analysis teams from scratch, while lowering the costs for existing products with up to 50%. Had a main role in developing a completely new workflow process for comprehensive KOL profiling, managing all the involved teams. Long-term track record as external contractor for most of the companies providing services for the healthcare industry. Currently responsible for building and placing on the market cutting-edge products at Explicatos with a team of top-performing technology developers and data analyst.
